Good to know
Which countries can use ShopOS?
Shops anywhere. ShopOS runs in the web browser, so all you need is a computer, tablet or phone, plus an internet connection to sync. Set your shop's time zone and your daily totals and day-end reports follow your local time.
Do I need special hardware?
No. ShopOS runs in the browser on any PC, laptop or tablet. A USB barcode scanner and a receipt printer work if you have them.
What happens when the internet or electricity goes?
The till keeps selling on the device. Sales are saved and sync automatically when you're back online.
How do I pay?
The trial needs no card. Before it ends, message us and we'll arrange payment with you. Online card billing is coming soon.
₨1,500 a month by JazzCash, EasyPaisa or bank transfer. Upload the payment screenshot in the app's Billing page and we confirm it.
Is my data safe?
Each shop's data is private to that shop, and only the people you add can see it. Cashiers can't open your stock, purchases or profit.
Can I use my own card machine?
Yes. ShopOS doesn't process cards, so there are no transaction fees. Take the payment on your machine and record it as a card sale.
What isn't there yet?
No online store, no restaurant tables or kitchen screens, and no phone app (it works in the phone browser). The app is in English for now. Amounts inside the app currently show in Pakistani rupees (₨); a currency setting for your country is on the way.
